A case of so-called Weber Christian Syndrome is reported.
The patient, 26 years old woman, noticed various sized recurrent nodular masses on the areas of fiexor side of right forearm and of posterior aspect of left thigh, which was characterized joint pain, malaise and continuous low grade fever.
Biopsies were carried out twice: the microscopic finding of the first one represented early 3rd. stage of pathological classification of the Weber Christian Syndrome and the second, 1st. stage of it, respectively.
No response was observed with Cortison and ACTH although success in some cases was reported in n few literatures..
